Selected items from this collection feature in temporary exhibitions, which change regularly and showcase the variety of pieces in this extensive Collection, which includes textiles, paintings, traditional furniture, architectural features and everyday objects from a number of South Asian countries.

Our current exhibition is comprised of five displays situated within the Gallery:

• The Arts and Crafts of the Swat Valley and Tribal Areas of Northern Pakistan
  
• Embroidery and Textile Traditions of Sindh
  
• Before Photography: The Depiction of Caste, Customs, Occupations, Trade and Dress in India
  
• Traditional Recreational and Everyday Decorative Arts of India and Pakistan
  
• Our newly-opened Gallery Room currently has a display of vernacular furniture, architectural features and textiles originating from South Asia.
